Famousness and a giveaway.

Remember Lori/Miss Rubie Sue? Her fabulous accessories were our first We Chirp giveaway. Well, she was on Good Morning America last week. Out of some 25,000 Etsy sellers, they chose her business to spotlight on a segment about Etsy. Check out the video here. She was also on The View (but I can't find the clip - Lori...help?) Wow. Aren't you so thrilled for her? Amazing. AMAZING for a little homegrown start up business run by a stay at home mother. I'm so thrilled for her.

I stopped by her house recently because I've been wanting to see her shop and get the whole sensory experience of her goods (you know - see, touch, lick....) and I happened to find the local news station there interviewing her. She's such a rock star!!

Here is the clip they filmed.

It was so fun to see her studio and watch her in her creative element. I bought some headbands for my girls and decided it was time to do another giveaway. Here are the detes. Go to her Etsy shop and look around. I fell in love with her cute bracelet/corsages and want to offer one up for you.

Rules:

We're going a little more altruistic on this one. I'm a big believer in karma and therefore wanting to help spread goodness.

1. Look at Lori's site and tell us what you love there.

2. For another entry, do something really nice for someone. Make someone burning stoked because you did something so rad for them. You don't have to tell us what or who, but leave us a comment stating that you did some good in the world today.

3. For another entry, blog about the giveaway and how spectacular Lori is (or We Chirp for that matter) and leave us another comment telling us you did so/directing us to your blog.

Have fun & good luck! And remember - instant karma gonna getchya. I swear, I'm a big believer. Just ask Mavis. She'll tell you about her "what goes around" experience soon.

Congratulations Lori!!!

Yeah, the questions is not so much what do I love, but is there anything I don't love? And the answer would be no! But, I think one of my favorites is the Giselle Brasage. Genius style and beautiful colors! Stunning!

I did my good deed yesterday, in fact I did two. Perhaps I may have done them anyway, but I had we chirp in mind devising my plans. I think that counts.

Must have Rilee in Class. Must. Not optional.

Something nice - check. Helped my daughter clean up her huge mess even though I swore I wouldn't if she didn't clean up after herself. That counts, right?
