Bag Issues

I am really proud of myself.  For years I bought bags/purses for every season.  For the last I don't know how long I have been using a good ol' fashion black LeSportsac which is really the bee's knees.  And I did have a great diaper bag I used just about three years ago.  But I do love my LeSportsac.

But since the new baby is  appearing soon I have been on the lookout for a well priced diaper-ish bag.  You know I don't want it to look so much like a diaper bag.  I want it to be super useful but not super bulky.  I want a good price.  I want it to be use/abuse friendly.  Tall order.  I am now on the lookout.

I saw a gal with this bag yesterday and I l.o.v.e it.  The gal carrying it gave it great reviews.

And I like the look of these bags from Skip Hop:

This Reese Li bag is looking good:

But I found this great bag at Target today.  I have been a big consumer of the Liberty of London goodness that is there, especially for my 5 year old. And today I came across this bag.  I thought I should probably snatch it up while I could and decide later but I think it could make a great diaper bag.  I am not quite sold on the pattern, there have been many other Liberty patterns I have loved far more, but for $20 it is by far the best on my LeSportsac residing wallet.

Do you have a diaper bag that you can't/couldn't live without?

Instead of proper diaper bags, I just use huge purses! I have a faux leopard print one for winter and an oil-cloth (can't stain, easy to clean) orange/pink/white one for the summer/spring. Which reminds me, it's time to switch them! Love your choices - and that price can't be beat!

You were smart to snatch the Liberty bag while it was there - I did the same with all the little outfits. TDF. I'm a flighty bag lover and I can't stick to one for more than a week or two, so I rotate and rotate and rotate. I have been rotating the same ones forever and I guess that's why it's not excessive?
