Old and New

A friend of mine is the type that can see an old, tired-looking piece of furniture and pretty it up a bit. And  by a bit, I mean a lot.  Her husband happens to help a lot, too.  And then they offer the goods up to those of us who do not have these skills, or maybe the time, or just the space.  What nice people.  Have a look at The Frosted Gardner.  Here are a couple of my favorites.

 

I am a big fan of blue, turquoise or white right now.  I kind of want to paint everything in my house turquoise.  I am resisting.  But Mel, I love what you are doing.
