This weekend my family and I went to the Utah gymnastics meet - for free. You can find a ticket that admits up to 6 at quite a few businesses that line 4oo South and/or Foothill, or head to R.C. Willey - they are huge sponsors. It was a lot of fun, and I only spent $7.50 on pom-poms for the kids.
If you are not local, call your local college or university's athletic offices and see if they have any specials or discount tickets. For instance, Utah gymnastics has a couple of nights that you get in free if you wear pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
